The King’s College London Alumni Society in Greece is being run by the following executive committee:
Epameinondas Stylopoulos (06′)
Epameinondas obtained his law degree from the Law Faculty of the University of Athens, while he completed his LL.M. studies at King’s College London with specialization in International Commercial Law. Later on, he received his diploma in Tax Law from the Athens University of Economics and Business. He has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2008 and he is also registered as European Lawyer in England and Wales (UK). He specializes in Corporate Law, ADR, Tax Law, Media Law and Digital Law. Epameinondas writes articles focusing on the economic and political environment of Greece that have been published in both print and online highly respectful media. He has served as a member of various committees and boards. He speaks English and German.
Dimitris Lemonakis (97′)
Dimitris has received a BA (Hons) in International Relations & Politics (Staffordshire) and a MA (Hons) in Mediterranean Studies (King’s College London). Later on he received a MA on European Union and Developing Countries (Panteion) and recently a Certificate in Leadership & Global Awareness (American College Greece). He has extensive experience in international trading and the provision of consultancy services. He is currently Chief Executive Officer of an enterprise registered in Greece and is also engaged in the administration of the Piraeus Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Furthermore, he contributes to European and International cooperation programmes and actively supports ongoing civil society initiatives.
Paris K. Vallides (’87)
Paris has studied Physics with Computing at King’s College London and Sciences Economiques at Faculté Libre de Droit, d’Économie et de Gestion Paris. Having served the insurance industry at various posts, holding all relative professional certifications including those of numerous seminars on human behavior, management and coaching, he is currently self employed Insurance Consultant, Financial Planner and Trainer. He has been a member of Alumni committees and boards, chief editor of Athens College Alumni Association magazine and has also done volunteer work. He is a member of the Greek Association of Insurance Consultants and the Athens Chamber of Professionals. He speaks English, French and Italian.
George Chloros (’01)
George studied Law (LL.B) at Coventry University and continued his studies at King’s College London, where he received his LL.M (2001) with specialization in Internet and IT Law. He was then admitted to Pireas Bar Society and since 2004, he has been practicing law and offering legal advice in Greece and abroad, being particularly interested in Civil, Family and Estate Law. He has attended many conferences and seminars and he is often invited as speaker to legal fora. He is member of Pireas Law Review, where he publishes articles and opinions on law-making court decisions. He speaks English, German and Italian.
